Digital DNA summit inspires NI business with cutting-edge insights
November 3rd 2014
Second Digital DNA Conference Engage. Inspire. Grow. Conference takes place 4–7 November @ Titanic Belfast.

Leading figures from digital media giants - BT, Google, Twitter and Paddy Power - are among those coming to Titanic Belfast to share their insights at a major BT-sponsored summit, Digital DNA, dedicated to boosting the productivity and profitability of Northern Ireland businesses through innovation and inspiration.
Following on from the successful one-day inaugural Digital DNA 2013 conference, this year’s programme has mushroomed, offering four days of in-depth exploration across Belfast in venues such as Titanic Belfast, City Hall and Crumlin Road Gaol showcasing how digital media technology equips businesses for growth within and beyond Northern Ireland.
The agenda includes seminars on hospitality, tourism, leisure and commerce. National and global innovators in customer relationship management, email marketing, social media, cloud technology, advertising and selling online, SEO, web design, app technology, lead generation and mobile will show how these powerful tools help business from every sector improve operations and achieve objectives.
A major conference at the Titanic Building on Thursday November 6th provides the centrepiece. Main speakers include creative leaders, entrepreneurs and inspirational advisors: Colm O’Neill, BT; Shane Nolan, Google; Dennis Bree, Twitter; Niall Harbinson, entrepreneur and author; Edgardo Savoy, Paddy Power; John Conlon, Meteor Electric; Steve Edge, Edge Design and Ivy Chee, PATA.
The full Digital DNA programme will also feature experts drawn from innovation-led enterprise, venture capital, academia and digital media communities across Northern Ireland. While case studies from successful local enterprises demonstrate the effectiveness of digital media solutions.
Frank McManus, BT’s Head of Wholesale Sales in Northern Ireland, explains the summit is designed to engage and enlighten CEOs, CIOs and senior managers responsible for strategic growth and development, investors, entrepreneurs, founders, academics, researchers and technologists.
“The theme 'Engage. Inspire. Grow' says it all. Digital DNA will be of real benefit to any business seeking to grow through a better understanding of digital technology, best practice and everyday practical applications. Northern Ireland leads the way with availability of fibre broadband and the huge range of speakers representing major international and local brands - an impressive concentration of know-how - will provide expertise that is leading edge yet accessible. Not digital people talking to each other, but an all-round summit for every business that wants to be more effective, efficient and profitable.”
Registration and event updates are available at www.digitaldna-ni.com. Prompt booking is encouraged, to benefit from early bird ticket prices.
